Dt. Cengiz Ünal, who made great contribution to Turkish dentistry and dental prosthesis sector; was born in Çeşme Alaçatı in 1935, graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School after primary and secondary education. After successfully completing its education at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1964, he started his career as a self-employed dentist and continued this profession in Germany for 17 years. He had founded the Turkish German Dentists Association and returned to his country in 1986.

With the technical equipment and knowledge gained in Germany, he established Turkey and Europe’s largest dental laboratory. Cengiz ÜNAL, who was passionate about his profession, trained countless dental technicians during his 74-year life and created quality human resources for other laboratories in his industry.

We, as his family and DENTEK, will continue to carry the flag proudly to ensure Turkey to be the leader in this field using the business and life philosophy we inherited from Cengiz Ünal, and by leading modern practices, change and consolidation.
